General conditions of the Travel Packages contract
These Terms of Use will apply if you have booked a flight, an Accommodation or a combination of Flight and Accommodation, which we refer to as a "Travel Package".
References to the Site are deemed to include derivatives of the Site, including, but not limited to, websites and applications, regardless of the type of devices from which they are accessed (mobile phone, tablet and others). The Terms of Use, as defined below, apply to our services, which are made directly or indirectly available to you through any means, including online reservations, customer service requests or otherwise. By accessing, browsing and using the Site and/or by making a reservation through Itinerary, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms of Use.
Our various policies and provisions, which can be found throughout the Site, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Frequently Asked Questions, etc. (collectively, the "Policies"), should be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions, of which they form an integral part, and are incorporated herein by reference.
The terms and conditions set forth below and the Policies are collectively referred to as the "Terms of Use." If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please stop using the Site immediately. The terms of use, because they may be modified from time to time, constitute the entire agreement and replace any other agreement or understanding (oral or written), between you and Smart Itinerary, S.L. with respect to its content unless otherwise specified.
1. Services Coverage
A. Reservation of Travel Packages
Through the Site, Itinerary provides an online platform through which you can browse different travel packages that comprise a combination of (i) different types of accommodation and temporary accommodation, including but not necessarily limited to hotels, hostels, apartments with services, B&Bs, rooms for rent, cabins, ryokans, etc. (collectively, the "Accommodation") and (ii) various air and air-related transportation services, routes, schedules, fares, fare conditions, and terms and conditions under which these services are provided (collectively, the " Flight(s)") (this combination of Accommodation and Flight(s) is referred to as the "Travel Package(s)") and make bookings for Travel Package, including making payment for such Package Travel bookings in advance with a credit card, debit card or any other payment method to facilitate the processing of such payment ("Payment Instrument"). By making a reservation through the Site, you are making an offer to make a reservation at the price indicated for such reservation and with the terms and conditions set out on the Site. This will become a binding contract between you and the Flight and between you and the Accommodation formed in Madird in accordance with the Terms of Use when accepted by the providers of the Flight and the Accommodation, separately, and accordingly, Itinerary will confirm your Travel Package once both elements have been confirmed separately to Itinerary. You will receive proof of the confirmed booking of the Travel Package by email confirmation, which means that the reservation of the Flight and Accommodation components respectively of your Travel Package has been confirmed by the providers and suppliers of those components. The "thank you page" means that your reservation request has been received and is complete for final processing, no further action is required on your part. We reserve the right to refuse reservations as indicated below.
In providing our facilitation services, the information we share about Package Travel components is based on information provided to us by vendors or suppliers, including but not limited to the Accommodation and Flight components of your Package Travel, their representatives and distributors, and, in relation to Accommodation, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Channel Managers, Partners, etc. For this reason, the providers and suppliers of the Accommodation and Flights components or their representatives have access to an extranet or other connectivity solution through which they assume full responsibility for updating all rates, availability, description, images, reservation conditions, travel and accommodation policies and the rest of the information displayed on the Site. Although we will use commercially reasonable efforts and precautions to provide our facilitation services, we do not check or guarantee that all information is true, complete, correct or up-to-date, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including errors obvious and typographical), interruptions (as a result of crashes, breakdowns, repairs, updates, maintenance tasks (temporary and/or partial) of the Site or for any other cause), nor for information that could be inaccurate, erroneous, false or was incomplete. In connection with your Package, each Flight provider and each Accommodation provider is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the Flight and Accommodation information displayed on the Site. Changes in market conditions or circumstances may cause the information displayed on the Site to be inaccurate or out of date in the short term. In the event of problems, our Customer Service will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist you and serve as a point of contact with flight and/or accommodation providers and suppliers. Please note that Itinerary is one of the many channels that flight and accommodation suppliers and providers use to make their inventory available to users for booking. When a search result indicates that a particular flight or accommodation has no available seats or rooms, respectively, that means that the room type, room price, fare, or route type are not available for your booking through itinerary.
The Site does not constitute and should not be construed as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, level of service or rating of any Flight or Accommodation appearing on the Site. We hereby expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking as to the quality, condition, reliability or suitability of any Flight or Accommodation listed on the Site. In certain circumstances, Itinerary may also offer Flights or Accommodations the option of obtaining a sponsored advertisement, that is, paying for a prominent place. These sponsored posts are clearly identified as sponsored.
We reserve the right not to accept you or reservations or, in exceptional cases, to cancel confirmed reservations at our discretion and for any (legal) reason, without the need for any justification. The most frequent reasons for rejecting you or your reservation include, but are not limited to: Flight or Accommodation requests, reselling the Flight component or the Accommodation component of your Package Travel booked through the Site, individually or in bulk without our prior written approval ("Resale"), breach of the Terms of Use, force majeure events, trade or economic sanctions, embargoes, legal restrictions, (suspected) fraud or theft, suspected criminal activity, suspicious bookings, your submission of misleading or erroneous information, problems with payment instruments, inappropriate behavior, threats, insults, violence, refusal to provide information, practical obstacles, communication problems, obvious errors (see below), background information, blacklists by governments or international organizations (USA, EU, UN, Singapore), etc. In the event that Itinerary declines or cancels a reservation and a payment has already been made, you will receive a refund of the full value of the reservation, except in the case of an unauthorized resale, in any other appropriate case that we determine in our sole and absolute discretion where we reserve the right not to refund the total value of the reservation or any part thereof or when the terms and conditions of the rate do not allow refunds. Refunds will not be issued in the event of unauthorized reselling due to various negative factors, including the disadvantage such practice imposes on our authorized and contracted affiliate partners, providers of Flights and Accommodations who make their inventory available for booking through the Site on a contracted and trusted basis, and loss and negative brand impact caused to Itinerary due to Unauthorized Resellers attempting to undercut Itinerary's business, which may include placing resold inventory on sites run by competitors of Itinerary without our knowledge. We also reserve the right to block (“blacklist”) certain users from using the Site, permanently or temporarily, at our discretion. If you are blacklisted, you agree not to attempt to use the Site under any other name of your own or under any other username. You can also review our fraud prevention mechanisms below.
On rare occasions, we may also have to cancel or decline a reservation or make adjustments due to "obvious errors", regardless of the source of such errors. For clarity, an obvious error is an error on the Site (for example, regarding prices, conditions, points...) that a reasonable person would not consider normal. The reservation or the points obtained will be readjusted, or if necessary, the amount charged will be refunded free of charge. The cancellation or rejection of a reservation for this reason is at the sole discretion of Itinerary.
In relation to the Flight component of your Package Travel:
The terms and conditions of the airlines named as carriers of the Flight component of your Package Travel will apply to the Flight component(s) of your Package Travel.
You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of carriage of the airline issuing the ticket, including in particular in relation to payment, cancellation, modification of the reservation, scheduled times and dates, restrictions and conditions of responsibility and rates. These terms and conditions will apply to the Flight component of your package travel.
You are responsible for reviewing its terms and conditions carefully and they are available on the airline's website, which can be accessed directly or via the link on the Site, where available.
The airline operating the Flight component of your Package Travel may reschedule or cancel the Flight and this will not always be with prior notice. Itinerary is not responsible for changes in the scheduled operation of the Flight component of your Package Travel, including delayed or canceled Flights and failure to notify the airline of changes to the Flight component of your Package Travel. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to address the consequences of such situations.
Please note that suspicious group bookings may also be refused or canceled by Itinerary or Flight providers, as some Flights have specific procedures for group bookings. Contact our Customer Service team for more information.
In relation to the Accommodation component of your Package Travel:

Circumstances such as eventual renovations in progress, errors in Accommodation reservations and the specific needs of the client may affect the quality of their stay. If you have any special requests or requirements, please make sure to let the Accommodation know when you check in.
Considerations on the categories (stars)
The Accommodation component of your Package Travel may be rated on the site based on different criteria (star rating, reviews, etc.). The default ranking is based on an automatic algorithm that can be updated or modified from time to time, and that takes into account different factors, including but not necessarily limited to: availability, promotions and rates, historical popularity, money earned by Itinerary, conversion (the ratio bookings made through site visits), room night sales, cancellations, content quality, guest reviews, star ratings, etc.
Stars or other ratings ("Star Ratings") are provided for your information only in the Accommodations component of your Package Travel. Star ratings are based on information we have received from suppliers, including Accommodations, and may take into account the Accommodation's facilities, rates, reviews and services. Star ratings are not necessarily related to other ratings assigned by government tourism authorities. We do not independently verify the star rating of each Accommodation. The star rating is only indicative of the level of comfort that can be expected from a particular Accommodation. A higher number of stars generally indicates a higher level of comfort and amenities. For more information on this, see the detailed description on the Site. Please note that star ratings may vary widely based on location, available alternatives, local market conditions, practices, or other circumstances. Therefore, the star rating in a certain country or city may not be comparable to the same star rating in another country or city due to such circumstances. The star rating does not necessarily reflect all the amenities and services that an Accommodation may offer and some services and features may not be found in all rooms or properties with a given rating. If there are services or features that are important to you, please contact our Customer Service and verify that the Accommodation offers such services or features that are of interest to you.
B. Other Complementary Services
Itinerary provides an Internet platform through which you can search for different services, such as flights or car rentals among others, (hereinafter, "Additional Services") and book said Additional Services. Although the Itinerary website offers the platform on which Complementary Services can be searched for and booked, the providers of these services are companies associated with Itinerary or collaborators ("Partners"), carefully chosen by Itinerary. These Partners will appear clearly on the web when searching for their Complementary Services and a direct link to their Terms and Conditions of use and/or Privacy Policy will be provided, which affect the relationship between the client and our Partner for the purchase of the Complementary Service. For the avoidance of doubt, any facilitation service for the reservation of Complementary Services is provided by associated companies or collaborators of Itinerary and not by Itinerary.
By making a reservation for any Ancillary Service through the Site, you make an offer to make a reservation (for example: flights or car rental) at the price indicated for said reservation and with the terms and conditions established on the Site, in addition to those Terms and conditions that the Collaborator will notify you at some point, and that become a binding document when accepted by the Collaborator. The Collaborator will confirm the acceptance of the reservation of the Complementary Service through an email. The Partner reserves the right to refuse reservations as indicated in the Terms and Conditions.
2. Use of the Site
The simple and mere use of the Page grants the condition of user of the Page, whether natural or legal person, and necessarily implies the complete, full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general conditions included in the Notice. Legal. If the User does not agree with the clauses and conditions of use of this Legal Notice, he will refrain from using the Page.

Through the Page, ITINERARY provides Users with access to and use of various Contents published via the Internet by ITINERARY or by authorized third parties.
The User is obliged and undertakes to use the Page and the Contents in accordance with current legislation, the Legal Notice, and any other notice or instructions made known to him, either through this legal notice or in any other place within of the Contents that make up the Page, as well as with the rules of coexistence, morality and generally accepted good customs.
To this end, the User undertakes and undertakes NOT to use any of the Contents for illicit purposes or effects, prohibited in the Legal Notice or by current legislation, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage , render useless, overload, deteriorate or prevent the normal use of the Contents, computer equipment or documents, files and all kinds of content stored in any computer equipment owned or contracted by ITINERARY, other Users or any Internet user (hardware and software).
As mentioned above, the Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Smart Itinerary. Itinerary also works with other companies to offer customers booking options for the Flight and Accommodation components of Package Travel around the world. In some cases, customers may receive a confirmation email from these companies.
Itinerary grants you a limited, restricted, personal, revocable license, which may not be transferred or sublicensed, to access and use the Site only as expressly permitted in the Terms of Use. Except for this limited license, no other rights or licenses are granted to you in connection with the Site. Any right or license not expressly granted in the Terms of Use will be considered reserved. The content and information on the Site, as well as the software and infrastructure used to provide such content and information, are the property of Itinerary or its providers and suppliers, including Flights, Accommodation and Ancillary Services. You may only use the Site to make bona fide and legitimate inquiries or reservations and you agree not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reservations in anticipation of demand. You guarantee that all the payment details you provide when making the reservation will be correct. You also agree to provide Itinerary with a correct and truthful email address, mailing address and/or other contact information, and acknowledge that Itinerary may use this information to contact you if necessary. See also our Privacy Policy.
Therefore, as a condition of using the Site, you agree not to use the Site or its content or information for commercial or non-personal purposes (directly or indirectly), or for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent or prohibited by the Terms of Use. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, assign, or sell or resell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Site without our prior written permission. . If you have an Itinerary account, you also agree to carefully protect and secure your account details and information, for which you are personally and fully responsible.
Furthermore, you agree that you may not:
· Access, use or attempt to use the Site where local law does not allow it
· Use the Site or its content for unauthorized commercial purposes (for example: distribution or resale of reservations without permission);
· Making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations;
· Making or attempting to make a reservation with false, incomplete, superseded, expired or inaccurate information;
- use the Site or its contents to make reservations for another person who has not authorized you to do so or whose prior consent to do so you have not obtained;
· Access, monitor or copy any content or information on the Site using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our prior written permission;
· Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the Site or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the Site;
· Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
· Deep link to any part of the Site (including, without limitation, paths to purchase) for any purpose without our prior written permission;
· Resell, use, copy, monitor (for example, spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on the Site for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose;
· "Frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of the site on any other website without our prior written permission;
· Deliver any illegal posting (in accordance with any and all applicable laws or regulations) on or through the Site, or any posting that advocates illegal activity;
· Deliver or provide links to any posting that contains material that may be considered harmful, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, profane, racist, discriminatory, insulting, threatening, tortuous, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
· Deliver or provide links to any posting that contains defamatory, defamatory, false or defamatory material;
· Deliver any posting that infringes or violates any intellectual property or other right of any entity or person, including, without limitation, copyrights, patents, trademarks, laws governing trade secrets, rights of privacy or publicity;

· Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Site, including harvesting or collecting information about others, such as email addresses;
· Engage in deceptive practices designed to manipulate the organic search engine results page (SERP) or employ search engine optimization ("SEO") techniques considered contrary to common search engine guidelines. SEO practices considered unethical, or “black hat” (also known as “spamdexing”) include, but are not limited to, cloaking, metadata and title tags, content copying, link schemes, Google bombs , keyword stuffing, hidden links and text, doorway and covert pages, link collection or schemes, blog spam, etc.;
· Do anything else that may cause damage to the Site, Smart Itinerary or its employees, Itinerary's reputation, or otherwise have a negative impact;
· Procure, organize, aid or abet any of the above.
Hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties are provided for your reference only. Itinerary is not responsible for the content of these websites and has no control over their content, access and privacy policies. Itinerary is also not responsible for the consequences of accessing these websites, including exposure to viruses, spyware, and hardware and software malware. We do not endorse or recommend these websites or any of their content.
Unless expressly permitted, websites may not hyperlink to any page other than the Site's home page or frame the Site or any of its web pages or materials. Nor may any entity hyperlink to any aspect of the Site in an email for commercial purposes without the express written permission of Itinerary.
By making a reservation on the Site, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any international sanctions programs or restrictions.
If applicable, you will comply with all your obligations, taxes, withholdings or others, as required by your country of residence.
Itinerary may use its own or third-party technology (for example, Google reCAPTCHA v3) on its website pages to keep the site safe from malicious attackers or anyone who abuses the website.
3. Prices, Additional Charges, Taxes and Fees, Itinerary Change Fees
Please note that, unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices displayed on the Site are for a Package Travel only, for the dates of stay, Flights and number of persons specified. Notwithstanding the foregoing, before You confirm a reservation, Itinerary will display the total price to be paid, including taxes and service fees, and what is included in the Package Travel. As you select options or specify additional details, we will update the total price.
A. Prices
The total price to be paid is based on booking and paying for the Flight and Accommodation as a package travel. The total price may not be the same as booking and paying for the Flight and Accommodation separately.
We strive to have the most competitive prices and we want you to pay the lowest possible price for your package travel. Cheaper fares are sometimes offered on the Site for a specific package, however these fares may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example with regard to cancellation and refund. Please check carefully the restrictions, terms and conditions of the Flight and Accommodation components of your package travel before making your reservation. The same Flight or Accommodation component may cost a different total price, depending on such restrictions and conditions (see also section 6 below).
B. Additional Charges for Flights
Please note that all prices displayed on the Site are for your Package Travel booking including the requested Flights and for the number of persons indicated, unless otherwise stated. Flight booking fees are included in the total price of the Package Travel per person. Unless otherwise stated, Itinerary generally displays on the Site the total price of the Package Travel excluding taxes and service charges (see below for details), and displays these additional amounts of taxes and service charges during the booking process. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the total all-inclusive price is shown before confirming the reservation. The configuration of what is shown may vary, but at the latest it will be shown on the final page of the reservation (before the confirmation screen). Check each step of your reservation in the reservation form; You can cancel your reservation at any time before the final confirmation screen (see post-booking cancellations below). What is included in the rate is shown on the Site (in the Reservation Information section or before the final reservation confirmation) and/or in the confirmation email. Please check the description of the packages or the policies on the site. The rate does not include any type of insurance. The Flight may also charge you directly for fuel and insurance surcharges, baggage handling fees, seat assignments, meals, priority boarding, or inflight entertainment fees. The practice of airlines adding additional Flight Taxes is beyond Itinerary's control. Optional incidentals and personal consumption expenses are not included in most rate types. Please review the airline's website, "Flight Information", "Booking Conditions", "Cancellation Policy" or other similar sections on the Site. If you have questions about included services or charges, please contact our Customer Service team.
Please note that Itinerary does not organize any type of ground transportation, this is always organized and offered by or on behalf of our partners, who are responsible for said transportation services, not Itinerary. Itinerary assumes no responsibility for the quality, frequency or level of such transportation services. Please check with Customer Service what additional costs are (not) included.
C. Additional Charges For Accommodation And Complementary Services
In addition to the total price of the Package Travel, some Accommodations will charge mandatory service fees, surcharges and local taxes (for example, resort or service fees, transport transfers and city tourist taxes). If we are aware of these service charges and local taxes, they will be shown with the total price of the Package. These service fees and local taxes may be collected directly by the Accommodation, in addition to the price you pay for your Package Travel.
For the Accommodation component of your Package Travel, standard room reservations are for single or double occupancy. Additional guests or beds will generally incur additional charges. An Accommodation may refuse to allow additional guests to stay in a room; you must specify the correct number of people including children who will occupy each room you book.
You will incur additional charges at the Accommodation for all services and products you use that are not included in the total price of the Package Travel, as expressly described in the booking conditions. Charges for the services you use and the products you consume during your stay (for example, parking, Internet access, food and drinks) are not included in the total price of the package Travel, unless specified.
During special events and periods, some accommodations require each guest to purchase additional services (for example, a New Year's Eve dinner). If we know of a required additional service that you need to purchase, we will show it in the booking conditions or with the price of your booking.
For travel to Accommodations in some locations (eg Maldives Islands), all guests must arrange transportation transfers in advance for an additional fee. Some accommodations require Itinerary to collect payment for the transfer when a reservation is made. These additional expenses for the transfers will be indicated in the total price of the Combined Trip. Itinerary does not control or operate the transfers, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, frequency or service levels of the transportation.
If you are unsure or concerned about additional charges, please check with the Accommodation or Customer Service what additional fees (if any) you have to pay in addition to your reservation.
All prices for Complementary Services are set by our Collaborators, except where otherwise indicated. Please refer to the relevant Partner's terms and conditions for any additional charges that may apply to your booking (for example: airport tax)
D. Currency conversion
You can see the total price of the package travel in the following currencies:
· Display Currency means the currency in which you choose to view prices on our Site.
Payment currency means the currency in which you choose to pay for a reservation.
Account Provider Fees
If your Payment Currency is different from the currency of your payment account, your account provider will determine the exchange rate to use when the transaction is posted to your account. Your account provider may offer a higher or lower rate than Itinerary, and may charge you additional fees for a foreign transaction. Itinerary does not control or benefit from the exchange rate or charges of your account provider.
Itinerary Rates
If your Payment Currency is the same as your payment account currency, but different from your Display Currency, Itinerary will use our Indicated Rate or Daily Adjusted Rate to convert prices. The applicable rate will depend on the choices you select when viewing the listings and making a reservation, as described below.
- Indicated rate: Generic Bloomberg Composite Rate Mid-Rate on Current Day.
- Adjusted daily rate: Generic Bloomberg Composite Rate on the day the payment is processed plus 5 %.
When you choose to have Itinerary handle the currency conversion for the transaction, we will not charge you an additional transaction or service fee.
Prices of converted currencies are indicative
If you choose a Display Currency other than the Display Currency, Itinerary will display the indicative prices converted using our Indicated Rate. The converted Display Currency price is a preliminary estimate of the price in your Display Currency and is not firm or binding. The price converted in the Display Currency is provided for your convenience, to allow you to compare different rates and conditions in the currency you prefer to use.
Pay Now Reservations
When you select your Payment Currency on the booking page, we will update your total price to show the amount we will charge from your payment account. We can do this because we know the exchange rate at that moment. If you choose a different Payout Currency than the Display Currency, Itinerary will use the Adjusted Daily Rate to convert that amount. For all other Pay Now transactions, we will use our Listed Rate to convert currencies.
Information About Charges for Fees and Taxes
In connection with facilitating your Flight transaction, the charge to your Payment Instrument may include an amount for charges, taxes and fees ("Taxes and Fees") unless otherwise stated. In certain locations, the tax amount may also include government-imposed service charges or other charges that are not paid directly to the taxing authorities, but are required by law to be collected by airlines. The amount paid to airlines on your behalf in connection with your flight sectors for taxes may vary from the Estimated Itinerary amount and be included in the charge to you. The balance of the Taxes and Fees Charge, if any, is a fee that Itinerary retains as part of compensation for our facilitation services and to cover the costs of facilitating your reservation, including, for example, customer service costs. If the balance is negative, Itinerary assumes the difference. The charge for taxes and fees varies based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the amount Itinerary pays the airlines on your behalf and the destination and length of the flight, and may include earnings Itinerary retains.
Except as described below, Itinerary is not a provider responsible for collecting and remitting taxes to the appropriate tax authorities. Flight suppliers, as sellers, include all applicable taxes in the amount invoiced and Itinerary pays such amounts on your behalf directly to the suppliers. Itinerary is not a joint provider associated with the provider with which the services arranged by our clients are reserved. Tax liability, applicable tax rate, and applicable rate type vary greatly from locality to locality.
For transactions involving flight providers located within certain jurisdictions, the charge to your Tax and Fee Payment Instrument includes a tax payment that Itinerary must collect and remit to the jurisdiction for the tax due on amounts Itinerary withholds. as compensation for your provision of services.
In relation to the Ancillary Services, the calculation of the applicable taxes and fees will be established in our terms and conditions or those of our Partner.

5. Payment - Credit card –– Age - Fraud
For prepaid flight reservations through Itinerary as your facilitator, you authorize us to collect and process (including collection and processing through a third party) your information required by the processing service providers or the financial institution that issues your Instrument. such as a credit or debit card to verify your identity. The personal information collected about you and that may be shared with such third parties (including to handle your transaction and/or maintain your account) is set forth in our Privacy Policy.
To complete the payment of said prepaid Flight reservations, you authorize Smart Itinerary, S.L. to charge or debit your Payment Instrument for the full price (sometimes without any refund option depending on the Flight booking conditions, see below) upon booking and booking confirmation. If the Payment Instrument cannot be charged on the payment date for any reason, the reservation will be canceled unless you can ensure that the card payment can be authorized in time. Please check the booking details carefully to see if any of these conditions apply before making your booking. Itinerary will process the refunds, where appropriate, within a reasonable period of time. You also authorize the crediting to your Payment Instrument in case of cancellations, refunds or adjustments through the service that facilitates the processing of payment transactions. To protect and encrypt the data of your Payment Instrument while it is in transit with us, we use Redsys technology in all our services. Your bank may apply additional charges for this transaction, over which Itinerary has no control.
Certain Payment Instrument companies charge a "foreign transaction" processing fee to their banks. If you transact cards and the recipient uses a bank located in a different country than the card-issuing bank, an international service assessment, cross-border transaction fee or similar fee may be charged to the bank. Your issuing bank may or may not pass this cost on to the customer, the card user. Please contact your issuing bank for details as this is outside of Itinerary's control.
In the event that fraud has been committed with your Payment Instrument or it has been used by third parties without your permission, you must immediately contact your bank or the issuer of your Payment Instrument as soon as you become aware of such unauthorized use. . If you suspect that a fraudulent or unauthorized booking has been made through Itinerary, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
To make a reservation you must be over 18 years of age (or the adult age in your country or territory) and have full legal capacity to make the transaction (or have the permission of the legal guardian). You declare that the credit or debit card you use is your property or that you are authorized to make the reservation with this card and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. You assume financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
You guarantee that all the information you provide when making the reservation will be correct. Itinerary reserves the right not to accept some Payment Instruments. Itinerary may add or remove other payment methods as it sees fit. For added convenience, Itinerary now offers the ability to save your Payment Instrument details. We have implemented strict mechanisms to detect and prevent fraud. In some cases, we may require additional information or verification to validate and confirm the reservation, as explained in more detail on the Site. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email and a flight may have been fully booked during the fraud check, in which case the reservation will no longer be available. Itinerary assumes no responsibility for this situation. The additional information provided will be treated according to strict privacy protection regulations, with data encryption for transmission and specialized agents for verification. If you choose not to submit additional information or if we are not satisfied with the information received, the reservation will not be made and will be completely canceled, and the amounts that would have been paid (including the verification fee, if applicable) will be refunded.
Failed Payment Information

6. Booking conditions - Cancellations, No-Shows, Refunds - Specific flight policies - Special needs - Itinerary additional services or products
By making a flight reservation on our site, you accept and agree to the relevant flight reservation conditions, including refund, cancellation and no-show policies applicable to that reservation, and any additional flight terms and conditions that may apply to those sectors of your flight. The terms and conditions of carriage for a flight can be obtained from the airline. There may be an additional charge or fee to change your reservation and this would be in addition to any airline charges to change your reservation.
Many airlines have specific policies on children, accompanying travelers, and/or traveling with pets. As stated above, it is strongly recommended to check with Customer Service, the airline itself or check the Flight policies.
Special Needs: If you have special needs, such as requiring a wheelchair, you should contact Customer Service or the airline and verify that the special needs can be accommodated. Special needs are the responsibility of the airline and not Itinerary. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by Itinerary. Depending on the applicable flight policy, your reservation will be refunded, canceled or modified if special needs cannot be met. If, on the contrary, they can be satisfied, it will be confirmed when you arrive at the Accommodation.
A few words about multi-airline fares
We may offer fares that are a combination of one-way flight sectors and this could involve different airlines. If you book a Package Travel that includes such a Flight, each Flight sector will be subject to its own terms and conditions. Changes to one flight will not automatically apply to the other flight sectors and will need to be changed individually. This may result in separate fees and charges for each sector change.
Information on Promotions and Gift Cards
Itinerary may offer promotional fares, vouchers, discounts and special offers ("Promotions") and Gift Cards from time to time. Promotions cannot be combined with each other or with Gift Cards. Promotions and Gift Cards are subject to special rules and conditions.
