Creating itineraries
How do I edit the destinations in my itinerary?
There are two ways to edit destinations on your itinerary. One while the itinerary is being created and the other is once it has been created.
When creating an itinerary, on the screen you will see an option to include cities in the itinerary. Also, every time you select a city here, you will have the option to choose the specific dates you want to visit that city.

Apart from seeing tourist sites, many people want to do some kind of sport, or see museums, or go to the zoo, etc. Whatever type of activity you are most interested in, you can find it here.
How do I add activities to my itinerary?
When you create an itinerary, if you already know the activity you want to do, you can select it on the same screen where you can choose cities.
If you know what kind of activities you like, you can bookmark them in the Activities menu. In your itinerary, in 'Brief in Text', these types of activity will appear, usually in the 'See more' option. Here you can select the ones you like the most to incorporate them into your itinerary.

What are the 'advanced options' for?
It is an option for those who want to customize their itinerary to the maximum. If you select it, you will be able to choose to what degree you are attracted to the different tourist activities and interests.

How do I add a reservation to my itinerary?
Once the itinerary is created, you can very easily book the flights and hotels for that itinerary. These will be automatically added to your itinerary.

How do I get information about public transportation?
Nowadays, the best tool to know how to move between two places is Google Maps. At each location on your route, you will always see a Goggle Maps link for that location.
What are and why should I use 'My groups'?
Many times we tend to travel with the same group of people. For example, with your partner, friends or family. In order not to have to rewrite all the necessary data of each person in the group, you can leave them memorized. Thus, the next time you travel with the same people, you will recover all their data simply by selecting the group where you saved them.
How do I share my itinerary?
Once the itinerary is created, at the top of the menu, you will see an icon to share that itinerary. You will simply have to have logged in before.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but cancellation fees are determined by the airline or hotel. They are listed in your cancellation policy.

If I need to cancel my booking, will I pay a fee?
If you have a free cancellation reservation, you will not pay a cancellation fee.
If your reservation is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable, you may incur a cancellation fee. This fee depends on the hotel or airline, and can be found in their cancellation policy.

Can I cancel or change my dates for a non-refundable booking?
The cancellation of a non-refundable reservation normally generates a charge. However, you may have the option to ask us to cancel or change the dates of your reservation. We will speak with the hotel or airline to try to negotiate better conditions.
How do I know if my booking was cancelled?
After canceling a reservation with us, you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us to confirm that we received your cancellation.
Where can I find my property's cancellation policy?
You can find this on your booking confirmation.
Payment
What methods payment are accepted?
You can pay with your credit or debit card. If you want to pay by bank transfer, please contact us.
Can I pay with a deposit, or prepayment?
Due to the policies of the airlines, you must pay the full amount of the plane tickets at the time of booking them. Remember that you can buy them with cancellation insurance.
For hotel reservation, it is only necessary to pay a 10% deposit. The rest of the amount will be charged to you the day you start your trip.

I have been charged. What should I do now?
In most cases, no action is required on your part. As described in the payment policy of your reservation, it will probably only be a prepayment of all or part of the total cost.
Where can I see the payment policy for my booking?
You can find the payment policy in your reservation confirmation, in the prices section. This section also includes a price breakdown and accepted payment methods.
Why do I need to provide my credit card details?
It will only be necessary to provide the card details when it is used to pay for a reservation.
Can I pay with a different credit card than the one used before?
Yes, every time you have to pay an amount, there will be an option to choose the card with which you want to pay that amount.
Who is going to charge my credit card and when?
Payment is handled by Itinerary, this will be clearly indicated in your reservation confirmation, just before charging you the indicated amount. For more information, see our payment policies.

How do I get more information about the room or flight?
You can find your flights, rooms and property facilities on your booking confirmation.
How can I get an invoice?
If you wish, you can contact us using the form on our website. Send us the reference number of your reservation and we will send you the requested invoice by email.
I can't find my confirmation email. What should I do?
Be sure to check your email inbox, spam and junk folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation, write to us at [email protected] and we will resend it to you.
Will I pay the full price for my children?
To make any reservation, you will be asked for the ages of the children. Depending on their age, children pay less or may not even be paid at all for them. You can find more details about what each child pays at the time of booking or on the booking invoice.
What's the different between a double room and a twin room?
A double room has a double bed and a twin room has 2 single beds. If a room is called Double/Twin, it can be configured for any type. The property will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.
Can I make change to my bookings?
Depending on the airlines and hotels booked, changes to the reservation may incur extra costs. Because this cost does not depend on us, you should look at the cancellation policy of your reservation.
Pricing
Is breakfast included in the price?
Each room or accommodation you can book has its own breakfast policy. If breakfast is included, you will see it on the property page when you compare different options to book. After booking, this information can also be found in your confirmation email.
What does the price include?
In Itinerary you can book from just one flight or just one hotel night, to booking all the flights and hotels necessary for that trip.

Do I pay more than looking and booking by myself?
No. We negotiate price directly with the source. For this reason, we can offer you the best price to book your trip.

The credit card I used before is not longer valid. What should I do?
If your card is due to be charged, but your card is no longer valid, you must contact us as soon as possible so that your reservation is not automatically canceled due to non-payment.
Why have I been charged?
You will only be charged when you make a reservation yourself and confirm to us that you want to pay for the reservation with your credit card. If you chose to pay in two times, you will be charged the first part when you make the reservation and the rest one day before you start your trip.
